We've chosen to partner with FedEx for their fast and reliable service. You can track your shipments 24/7 on their website www.FedEx.com for package travel history and delivery details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be available after shipment.
Contiguous (Lower 48) States
All orders for delivery within the contiguous United States are shipped via FedEx Ground. The minimum charge for shipping/handling is $9.99. Total shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of order entry. To see actual shipping/freight charges for your order, proceed to "Checkout" on our website.
Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI) and Puerto Rico
Orders with delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges. After an order is placed, someone from our customer service team will contact you with a custom shipping quote, to which you can then accept or cancel your order. If you accept the additional charges, you will be given a secure link to make the payment. If you choose to cancel, you will be given a full refund.
International Orders
For international shipments delivering outside of the US, please contact our Customer Service at info@reptilesupplyco.com for a custom shipping quote. We will need to know everything you'd like to order, along with your full shipping address.
NOTE: All import duty, taxes & customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and shipped the same day or the next day after an order is placed, depending on what time the order came in. Orders placed after hours, over the weekend, or on major holidays will ship the following business day, depending on order volume.
